Joseph R. Farrell III

Senior Vice President/Project Director

Joe is a construction professional with more than 40 years of “hands-on” experience in management, senior operations and executive leadership. Prior to joining Congress Group in the fall of 2015, Joe was with Lend Lease from 1986 – 2015. During his time at Lend Lease, Joe served as Operations Manager, Principal in Charge for the Upstate NY and Boston offices, Northeast Region Director, Executive Director for Design and Construction, and Executive General Manager for the Atlantic Region, a region consisting of multiple offices from Boston to Florida, including two vertical markets. Joe graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1976 with BBA, Management Degree.

Joe is currently the Project Director for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences on 1st Ave. S in Nashville TN.
