A major investment firm sought out Congress Group to oversee a development project in its investment portfolio that was underperforming. The project consisted of two condominium towers in Miami Beach, Florida containing 169 units. Congress Group analyzed the project and determined that the construction, sales and operation of the project were being mismanaged. Congress Group took over the development, construction and marketing to complete the project and execute sales of the units. The project was completed and sold out in 2005.
