Alexandra Stratouly

Project Manager

Alexandra H. Stratouly joined Congress Group in the spring of 2021 after receiving her Masters degree in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prior to graduating from MIT, Alex worked at Congress Group for four years. In that time period Alex worked on Congress’ 600 units, multi-family project in Miami. She served as the Assistant Project Manager responsible for the unit finishes and project turn over. Alex then moved her skill set to the acquisition, design and financing of the Four Seasons Nashville. As the Assistant Project Manager, Alex was responsible for the early feasibility studies, financial modeling and land loan/predevelopment financing for the project.

Alex is currently based in Congress Group’s Nashville office where she is completing the residential component of the Four Seasons and is leading the development of a new, ground up mixed use project consisting 850 units in two thirty story towers.
