Leo Sullivan

Senior Associate/Analyst

Mr. Sullivan is responsible for financial analysis, project budget monitoring and research/due diligence. He creates and maintains financial models for cash flow analysis and development cost budgets for the company pipeline prospects and portfolio and monitors project activity from its inception to disposition. He is responsible for monitoring project costs for monthly reporting to investor partners and capital sources. He is also responsible for due diligence and research data to support project underwriting and capital raising efforts. He began with Congress Group, Inc. in 2005.

Mr. Sullivan is a finance and accounting professional with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Congress Group, Inc., Mr. Sullivan was a Senior Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets group at Spaulding & Slye Colliers (now JLL), an Investment Analyst and Senior Accountant for The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., and a Property Accountant for Boston Properties, Inc.

Mr. Sullivan earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Boston College and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bentley University.
