Max Stratouly

Senior Project Manager

Max Stratouly joined Congress Group in 2018 after working in the New York real estate market for 10 years. In that time he worked as a Project Manager for Tishman Construction, overseeing the construction of multi-functional buildings such as the New School’s new University Center which housed both academic spaces, auditoriums, and dorm rooms. After completion of the University Center he moved on to the Baccarat Hotel and Condominiums. In 2016 Max moved to the Owner’s Representative side with the firm, Gardiner & Theobald overseeing several corporate interior builds in both New York and Boston.

Currently, Max is based in Congress Groups’ Miami office, directing the South Florida developments. Working hand in hand with the different design and consulting teams, Max ensures the documents are complete and the designs incorporate the most economic options for our partners. After the design period, Max works onsite with the construction team to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.

Max graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
