Paul Monzione

Mr. Monzione is responsible for the daily accounting and treasury management of Congress Group’s real estate portfolio. He oversees accounts payable, prepares the monthly construction draw requisitions for lenders and assembles the financial reporting of all real estate entity partnerships. He began with Congress Group in 2016.

Prior to joining Congress Group, Mr. Monzione was Senior Accountant at Gordon Brothers Group, a global appraisal, advisory and restructuring firm. There he was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of several divisions within the organization, including the Equity Fund, Debt Fund, and Real Estate group.

Mr. Monzione earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University.
